Associate University Recruiter

Overview

In this role you will support Gartners campus recruitment strategy, acting as a brand ambassador on university campuses. You’ll partner with campus leaders to attract diverse talent and help raise Gartner’s visibility through events and relationship-building with universities. You will work within a team to coordinate strategy, deliver campus programs, and manage event logistics, enabling early access to top candidates who can contribute to our AI and advisory missions.

Responsibilities

• Co-create university plans across territories with Campus Recruiters
• Develop innovative approaches to attract diverse candidates and strengthen Gartner’s competitive edge
• Coordinate campus events with Recruiting Coordinators and Campus Recruiters, ensuring timeliness and quality
• Build relationships with University Career Services to align on activities
• Attend events to enhance brand visibility and manage event budgets

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills
