We are working with a school who are recruiting for a dedicated Attendance & Welfare Officer to join a large, high-performing secondary academy in Birmingham. This is a full-time position starting in April 2026, initially on a temporary basis with a view to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will lead on improving school attendance figures, conducting home visits, and working closely with families to overcome barriers to learning. We are looking for a professional with a pioneering spirit who can manage complex caseloads with total transparency and precision within a scholarly, well-ordered environment.
