Legal Audio Typist Location: Hazlemere Salary: Circa £30,000 FTE (Pro Rata) Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (3 or 6 Months) Hours: 2 Days Per Week (Friday Preferred) Start Date: ASAP Join an established law firm as a Legal Audio Typist, providing dedicated typing support to fee earners during a period of increased workload.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent dictation skills and a focus on producing accurate, well-presented legal correspondence and documents from digital dictation. Day-to-day of
the role
Audio typing legal correspondence, documents, forms, and file notes from digital dictation. Producing high-quality legal documentation accurately and efficiently. Reviewing dictated content and making appropriate amendments where required.
Proofreading documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation. Formatting legal documents and correspondence to house standards. Managing transcription workloads within agreed timescales. Supporting fee earners by ensuring documentation is prepared promptly and accurately.
Maintaining strict confidentiality when handling client information. Required Skills
