AV Manager OTE: £34,000+ with overtime and bonus Ready to take the lead at one of Warwickshire's busiest event venues? We're looking for an experienced and driven AV Manage r to take ownership of the audiovisual operation at a prestigious hotel and conference venue.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for live events, exceptional technical knowledge, and the confidence to lead from the front . You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding event experiences, managing on-site AV services, supporting clients throughout their events, and leading a small technical team.

The R oleAs AV Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of all audiovisual services across a busy hotel venue, ensuring every conference, meeting and event runs seamless ly.You'll combine your technical expertise with excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients, identifying additional service opportunities, and ensuring the highest standards are maintained at every sta ge.

Key Responsibili tiesCoordinate all AV requirements for conferences, meetings and live eve nts. Deliver exceptional technical support before, during and after eve nts. Build strong relationships with clients and venue te ams.

Identify opportunities to enhance event delivery through additional AV servi ces. Prepare quotations and event propos als. Set up, operate and maintain professional AV equipm ent. Manage on-site AV inventory and equipment maintena nce.

Produce event schedules and weekly operational repo rts. Lead and support the on-site AV technician while coordinating freelance technicians when requi red. Work closely with hotel operations to ensure event spaces are fully prepa red.

Support additional venues with equipment and technical requirements when nee ded. Abou t YouWe're looking for someone who is technically capable, commercially aware and passionate about delivering first-class ev ents. You'll ideally have:Previous experience in an AV Manager or senior AV Technician role.

Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, lighting, staging, rigging and live event equi pment. Experience working within hotels, conference venues or the live events ind ustry. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving s kills.

Strong leadership and people management exper ience. The ability to work independently while also leading a team. Outstanding communication and customer service s kills.A professional, client-focused app roach. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Hiretrack experience would be advantag eous).A full UK driving li cence.
