As Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, managing a small team of auditors, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients. This Hull based firm has built a strong reputation across the region for delivering high quality audit and assurance services to a diverse client portfolio, ranging from owner managed businesses through to larger corporate clients.

the role
Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning to completion Supervise, mentor, and develop junior members of the audit team Liaise directly with clients to build and maintain strong working relationships Review audit files and ensure compliance with current auditing standards Support senior management with business development and client onboarding Required Skills and
Qualifications
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical audit knowledge, ideally with UK GAAP and IFRS exposure Proven ability to manage and develop a team Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
