Working with a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs and corporate clients, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services while developing your commercial, technical and leadership skills.

The RoleAs Audit Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and leading audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring exceptional client service and technical excellence throughout.

Key responsibilities will include

Managing a varied client portfolio across multiple sectorsLeading audit assignments from planning through to completionReviewing work completed by junior team members and providing ongoing coaching and developmentBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsLeading client meetings and acting as a trusted adviserSupporting Partners and Directors with portfolio management and business development initiativesPreparing and reviewing statutory accountsAssisting with corporate and personal tax compliance work where requiredIdentifying opportunities to enhance client service and add valueContributing to the development and growth of the wider teamAbout YouACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)Currently working within a UK accountancy practice environmentOperating at Audit Senior, Assistant Manager or Manager levelExperienced in leading external audit assignmentsConfident in managing client relationships and supervising teamsTechnically strong with a solid understanding of UK accounting and auditing standardsAmbitious and motivated by career progressionKeen to take on greater responsibility and develop towards senior leadership positionsWhat's on Offer?
