Job Description A highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in Carlisle is looking to appoint an Audit Partner, and Crowe Watson Recruitment has been engaged to lead the search, offering flexible working, a strong company pension, and much more.

As Audit Partner, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of audit clients, lead and develop a talented team, and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm. Working closely with the firm's existing partners, this role would suit an experienced Audit Senior Manager or existing Partner looking for a new challenge, someone who can bring technical expertise, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for client relationships to a firm that is going from strength to strength. the role

Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors Provide technical guidance and support to audit managers and their teams Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the firm Support the development and mentoring of junior and senior staff members Required Skills and

Qualifications

ACA or ACCA qualified, with significant post qualification experience at a senior level Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Proven track record of managing audit engagements from planning through to completion Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build lasting client relationships
