Responsibilities
Lead and deliver audits across a varied SME and OMB client portfolioOversee planning, fieldwork and completion, ensuring technical excellenceCoach, mentor and develop a growing audit teamReview audit files and provide technical guidance to team membersStrengthen audit processes and contribute to continuous improvementBuild strong, long-term client relationships and add commercial insightWork closely with Partners on departmental strategy and client service deliveryPlay a key role in shaping the ongoing growth of the Audit functionOpportunity to broaden scope and progress towards Director/RI responsibilitiesAs and Audit Senior Manager you will be: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalentEither an experienced Audit Senior Manager or a high-performing Audit Manager ready to step upStrong background in SME/OMB audit work is desirableConfident leading teams and managing multiple assignmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clientsA collaborative, positive leader who sets high standardsAudit Senior Manager
