This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-value, cross-border finance transactions within a collaborative and inclusive environment. The RoleThis client-facing role offers exposure to a wide spectrum of banking and finance matters.

Responsibilities include: Advising on acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and data centre financeSupporting on public bids, private acquisitions, and event-driven financingsHandling investment-grade loans, asset-backed and receivables financingsCollaborating with colleagues across UK and international officesBuilding relationships with banks, sponsors, corporates, and asset managersContributing to marketing and business development initiativesWorking closely with partners, associates, trainees, and paralegalsDelivering high-quality legal and commercial adviceCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a finance lawyer with:2-3 years PQE in transactional bankingExperience gained at an international or leading regional firmStrong academic background and technical expertiseCommercial awareness and client-focused mindsetWillingness to engage in business developmentCollaborative and proactive approachEnthusiasm for working in a diverse and high-performing teamWorking ArrangementsThis role supports hybrid working, with a minimum of three days in-office per week, subject to client needs.
