Key Responsibilities
Assist senior partners in managing banking and finance transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate banking documentation. Manage client deadlines and ensure timely delivery of transactions. Develop your legal and sector knowledge.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure large projects are completed successfully within agreed timeframes. Contribute to business development activities and help promote the firm's services.
