The team work with a variety of lenders, corporates and sponsors on a range of financing transactions including leverage finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
ResponsibilitiesAdvising on a range of issues across the breadth of banking and finance issuesDeveloping and maintaining knowledge on issues within banking and finance, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledgeDeveloping opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunitiesClient relationship managementAbout youQualified Solicitor with 2-6 years'+ of post-qualification experienceStrong academic background and excellent technical skillsSolid grounding in banking and finance including some experience in leverage finance and real estate financeWork collaboratively with colleaguesSuccessfully manage client relationshipsExcellent technical ability and drafting skillsTeam player with strong relationship building skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive and enthusiastic attitude towards professional developmentDay-to-DayEngaging in direct client interaction and providing high-quality legal adviceCollaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive solutions for clientsManaging a varied workloadContinuing professional development through internal and external training opportunitiesYou will provide a first class service to clients and work closely with senior lawyers.
