About The Role

We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to support the kitchen team of our upcoming new opening in Covent Garden - Zylia! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef from a high-volume, multi-cuisine background looking to take the next step in their career.

/n

The ideal candidate has a passion for bold flavours, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is eager to develop their career within a fast-expanding restaurant group. This role will have a strong focus on open charcoal grill cooking, so previous experience working with open charcoal grills is essential.

• As a successful Chef de Partie at Zylia - Covent Garden, you will:
• /n
• /n
• Provide top-tier hospitality by building professional, warm and genuine connections with our guests /n
• Manage your section like a pro, ensuring smooth bar service and happy guests /n
• Bring a good understanding of spirits, mixology techniques, and classic & modern cocktail recipes /n
• Follow all Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations like a champ /n
• Attend briefings, meetings, and training sessions to keep your skills sharp /n
• Get the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant! /n

• Bring experience in a similar role delivering high standard bar service /n
• Can make 5 classic cocktails from memory /n
• Are a creative thinker with a can-do attitude /n
• Bring excellent communication and rapport building skills /n
• Are passionate about bartending and creative when it comes to crafting and serving drinks /n
• Are a hospitality superstar who loves making guests feel special /n
• Bring strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure /n
