You will work within the school's dedicated inclusion hub, providing a sanctuary for students who need extra support to meet the school's high expectations for conduct and effort. The Snapshot Location: Crawley, West Sussex (Excellent rail links to London and Brighton) Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 (Based on experience) Contract: Permanent, Term-time only Requirement: Experience in youth work, sports coaching, or the armed forces is often highly applicable.

Detailed Responsibilities Inclusion Support: Supervising students in the "Internal Reflection" room, ensuring they complete their academic work while reflecting on their choices. Classroom Integration: Accompanying specific students into lessons to act as a "buffer," providing subtle cues and support to keep them on task.

Reporting: Maintaining detailed logs of student progress and behavioral incidents to identify trends and inform future interventions. Liaison: Working closely with the SENDCo and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure a holistic approach to student welfare.
