About Us
We are a teaching agency working with a thriving 3 form entry primary school in the Borough of Redbridge who are looking for an experienced Behaviour TA. About The Client: We are working with a proud, diverse and vibrant primary school within the Heart of Ilford, in the Borough of Redbridge.
They are looking for an experienced Behaviour TA to work as a SEN TA in the mornings and deliver zones of regulation interventions in the afternoons. The successful Behaviour TA would have prior experience of supporting pupils with SEMH.
As a Behaviour TA, you would be joining a primary school that focuses on respect, kindness, determination and honesty. Key Responsibilities for the Behaviour TA: Support a pupil on a 1:1 basis as a Behaviour TA Putting sanctions in place where required Engage and build relationships staff Build a bond with the pupil Delivering interventions to groups of pupils Required Skills and Qualifications for the Behaviour TA: Strong background in SEMH and behaviour Prior experience as a Behaviour TA Good emotional intelligence Trained in positive handling Team Teach trained How to Apply: If you are a passionate Behaviour TA and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you.
