Key responsibilities of the Bid Manager job in Chilwell, Nottingham: Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification through to submission and contract handover. Produce high-quality, compliant and persuasive bid and proposal content.

Coordinate internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions. Manage bid plans, timelines, compliance requirements and governance processes across multiple opportunities.

Support commercial strategy, pricing activities and continuous improvement of bid processes and content. Experience required for the Bid Manager job in Chilwell, Nottingham: Strong and proven Bid Management experience Experience managing the full bid lifecycle from qualification through to submission.

Strong proposal writing and content development skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and bid management tools. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent bids and work effectively to deadlines.

Desirable experience for the Bid Manager job in Chilwell, Nottingham: Knowledge of the electronic security, physical security or security systems integration sector. Sales and/or commercial training or experience. APMP accreditation or similar professional membership.
