Bids & Pursuits Senior Executive

Overview

In this role you lead the end-to-end development of high-quality, client-centered bids for the DIA practice, working with partners and CMG to define strategy and win themes. You will drive best-practice bid processes, content management, and presentations, ensuring consistent value propositions across opportunities. You collaborate across practice and business services to influence pursuit strategy and optimize outcomes. This role offers exposure to cross-border, high-stakes bids within a global, collaborative firm and contributes to Ashurst’s pursuit excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define bid strategy with clear value propositions and win themes for all bids
• Manage end-to-end bid process from qualification to submissions and aftercare
• Champion and implement Ashurst’s bid & pursuit methodology
• Coach and influence partners on qualification and strategy
• Lead development of win strategies considering relationships, commerciality, and pursuit intelligence

Key requirements

• 5+ years experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal or professional services
• Strong capability in leading pursuits, stakeholder management and project management
• Experience supporting bid teams through lifecycle including meetings, presentations and negotiations
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities with tight deadlines
