You’ll play a key role in supporting project teams, enhancing digital workflows, and driving BIM excellence across a diverse portfolio of high‑profile projects. This award‑winning practice has continued to grow rapidly in recent years, Their London office is now seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to strengthen their digital delivery capabilities and contribute to the ongoing development of BIM standards and processes across the business.

You will be joining a collaborative, design‑driven environment where innovation, technical rigour and digital transformation are central to the practice’s ethos. Key requirements for the BIM Coordinator:Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a BIM‑focused role within a UK architectural or multi‑disciplinary practiceStrong proficiency in Revit with the ability to support teams in model setup, development and coordinationExperience producing and managing federated models and leading clash detection workflowsWorking knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri, or similar coordination toolsSolid understanding of ISO 19650 standards and experience contributing to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)Ability to provide training, guidance and technical support to project teamsConfident communicator with experience liaising with clients, consultants and contractorsExperience working across multiple sectors is highly desirableWhat’s on offer:Competitive salary in the region of £40,000–£50,000, dependent on experienceHybrid working arrangementPension contributionExposure to a wide range of project sectors and digital innovation initiativesClear progression pathways within a growing BIM and digital teamThis is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious BIM Coordinator who is passionate about digital design and eager to contribute to the continued development of BIM strategy within a major AJ100 practice.
