BIM Coordinator

Overview

In this BIM Coordinator role you drive the digital modeling and data integration for projects from design through handover. You will lead BIM workflows, resolve model coordination issues, and ensure data is linked across disciplines. You’ll set project-specific guidelines and mentor teams to follow best practices. This position sits at the intersection of design and construction, enabling efficient delivery and informed decision-making. Responsibilities

• Proficiently use BIM tools to support and mentor the delivery team
• Manage project content and source additional content as needed
• Communicate procedural and standards changes to project teams
• Coordinate BIM datasets/workflows and project setup
• Provide cross-team support and effective communication
• Set up linked models and coordinate across disciplines
• Administer daily model management and assurance
• Contribute to BIM Execution Plans, TIDPs/MIDPs, MPDTs and training guides
• Implement standards and industry best practices from design through construction and handover
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Key requirements

• Stakeholder coordination experience
• Ability to author and edit internal and external documentation
• Hands-on construction industry experience beneficial
• Strong oral and written communication to create documentation
• Proficiency with Bentley and Autodesk suites (Revit, Navisworks/Solibri, CAD)
• Experience with CDE tools (ACC, Aconex)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint; PowerBI is advantageous
