Hours: Monday to Friday, up to 10 hours per day

About the Role

Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of a leading Building Management Systems specialist for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to work on a commercial project in North Acton, London.

Key Responsibilities

Commissioning and testing BMS systems
Software configuration and testing
Fault finding and resolving technical issues
Working with HVAC and control systems
Supporting projects through to final handover
Working closely with project teams, clients and other contractors

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer
Proven commercial BMS commissioning experience
Experience with Trend, Schneider, Tridium, Johnson Controls Metasys or similar platforms
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls and BMS software
Experience working with electrical and control systems
ECS/CSCS Card
SMSTS or SSSTS
Strong communication and client-facing skills
