Job Reference: 1396 Job Title: BMS Engineer Salary: £100,000 per annum Location: Mayfair, West-End Job Type: Technical / Engineering Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Job Summary We are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, working across a prestigious portfolio of commercial & residential properties in Central London.
The role will involve the maintenance, fault-finding and optimisation of Building Management Systems, ensuring all BMS and associated building services operate efficiently and reliably. The successful candidate will ideally have a strong technical background, excellent fault-finding skills and experience working within commercial or critical environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled BMS Engineer to join a well-established FM provider and work across a high-profile estate. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive BMS maintenance. Diagnose and resolve BMS faults efficiently.
Monitor and optimise building systems and controls. Complete routine system checks and inspections. Respond to alarms and investigate system issues. Work closely with engineers and site teams.
