BMS Service Engineer

Overview

In this role you will service and maintain Trend-based BMS systems across commercial and public-sector sites in London, ensuring fault-finding and small works are efficiently handled. You will join a growing engineering team and have access to extensive Trend and Honeywell training to support career progression. The position offers a clear path to senior engineering or commissioning through hands-on experience and training. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role in a dynamic environment that values precision and practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• BMS servicing and maintenance

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years BMS service and maintenance experience
• Trend SET experience and relevant Trend qualifications
• Electrical qualification or controls certification
• Knowledge of commercial heating systems, boilers and pumps
• Full UK driving licence
• Trend SET
• Trend IQVision (desirable)
• Honeywell (desirable)
• Tridium/Niagara (desirable)
