Built on technical excellence and customer trust, an experienced Branch Manager or aspiring Assistant Manager is needed, to lead the team and drive business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Branch Manager will be responsible for all operations and staff management on the site.
This will involve but not limited to: Ensuring branch budget is achievedLine management of reporting staffDealing with customer enquires in person, over the phone and onlineEnsuring branch targets are communicated and achievedMonitoring and managing stock levelsHands-on workshop role if and when requiredInterview, induct and engage all new staffWorking hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 17:00.
One rota day off during the week for three out of four weeks and one Saturday off one week in four. No Sunday workingSkills & ExperienceProven experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Manager within the automotive, fast-fit, or tyre retail sector.
Strong technical background with solid knowledge of tyres, MOT testing standards, servicing, and repairs. Clear leadership capabilities with a track record of team development and performance management. Excellent communication and customer resolution skills.
