Brand Marketing Designer

Overview

You will design on-brand assets across the marketing funnel for SumUp, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a high-quality visual identity. You’ll translate briefs into polished, production-ready work and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, craft-focused environment. This role sits at the heart of the Central Marketing Creative Team, shaping brand presence across campaigns, social, events, and digital touchpoints. You’ll contribute to scalable, consistent visuals that support global growth and brand governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver on-brand assets across multiple channels (campaigns, social, email, display, OOH, print, web, events)
• Translate briefs and direction into production-ready executions reflecting the brand
• Collaborate with campaign managers, copywriters, and channel specialists to deliver integrated creative on time
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear status, blockers, and delivery timelines
• Contribute to design reviews, iterating on feedback and contributing new ideas at brief stage

Key requirements

• Proven experience in brand and marketing design across digital and print formats
• Strong typography, layout, colour theory, and craft with consistency
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Comfort working at pace across multiple briefs and changing priorities
• Experience applying brand guidelines across touchpoints (in-house or agency)
• Familiarity with AI tools and creative automation (bonus)
