Brand & Motion Designer

Overview

In this role you shape how Dojo’s brand looks and moves across digital and print. As the go-to 2D motion design specialist, you elevate paid media, events, and website content with purposeful animation. You work closely with a cross-functional team to maintain brand coherence while delivering impactful assets. This is a hands-on role that combines typography, layout, color, and motion to support growth and brand storytelling. You’ll be part of an in-house Creative Studio that values collaboration and curiosity, with a clear impact on campaigns and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and animate high-performing 2D motion assets for paid social, display ads, and video platforms
• Design dynamic branding assets for brand and sales events and lightweight web animations (Lottie/JSON)
• Develop thoughtful visual solutions using typography, layout, color, and motion principles
• Maintain brand coherence across outputs and build adaptable motion templates
• Collaborate with Brand Design Lead, copywriters, and campaign owners from concept to delivery
• Present concepts and storyboards to stakeholders and refine based on feedback
• Ensure clean file handoffs

Key requirements

• Proven design experience in an agency or high-performing in-house team
• Portfolio showing digital layout, print design, and 2D motion graphics
• Strong knowledge of animation principles, timing, kinetic typography, and storyboarding in After Effects
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to translate concepts across multi-channel campaigns
