Broker Manager

Overview

In this role you will shape the global broker distribution framework to support senior leadership decisions. You will own segmentation, governance, and performance insights, collaborating across regions to coordinate initiatives. You’ll translate market intelligence and broker data into strategic recommendations while ensuring regulatory and risk considerations are addressed. This is a data-driven, globally focused advisory role that leverages analytics to steer distribution strategy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the global broker segmentation and distribution governance framework
• Develop broker performance dashboards, KPIs and management information
• Analyze broker portfolios, market share, capacity deployment and distribution trends
• Lead broker strategy reviews and governance forums
• Develop broker engagement policies and guidance for regional teams
• Coordinate global distribution initiatives across multiple markets
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging distribution trends
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership
• Support regulatory, risk and conduct requirements relating to distribution

Key requirements

• Strong experience in the insurance industry with understanding of broker market and distribution dynamics
• Strategic and analytical capabilities
• Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders
