Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure. Want to come and be a part of it?

What will you be doing? Manage the end - to - end delivery of telecom site builds, ensuring works are handed over safely, on time, within budget and required quality. Provide strong technical leadership with an electrical bias, overseeing compliant installation off associated infrastructure.

Co-ordinate site teams, SWC's suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of works. Review and interpret design drawings, specification, CPP's and site documentation. Conduct regular site visits, inspections and quality checks.

What you'll bring? Proven experience in a build manager type role within telecoms industry. Demonstrable experience delivering mobile cell sites with electrical installation involved. Strong understanding of CDM, RAMS, permit systems and general H&S standards.

Excellent planning, organisation and problem, solving skills with the ability to prioritise. Strong communication skills with confidence to liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site as required.
