Contractor Management: Coordinate, brief, and supervise contractors; manage site inductions,access, and performance; close out actionsand snag lists. Breakdown Investigations: Lead fault-finding and 5 Whys root-cause analysis; implement corrective/preventive actions and document learnings.
Small Works Projects: Scope, estimate, and deliver minor works (e.G., lighting upgrades, pump replacements, asset swaps); liaise with stakeholders; manage risk, schedule, and quality. Parts optimise stock levels and supplier relationships to reduce lead times.
Documentation produce clear technicalreports and updates. Client communicate planned works, impacts, and resolutions. Continuous Improvement: Propose asset reliability enhancements, energy-saving measures, and process optimisations.
