What’s on OfferThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary between £35,000 and £55,000, depending on experience, alongside a monthly car allowance and a clear performance-based bonus structure. The package also includes 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), additional leave for long service, RICS membership fees fully covered, and flexible working arrangements that support a healthy work-life balance.
