Conrad Consulting is working with a highly respected property and building consultancy that is looking to strengthen its London team with an APC-level Building Surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established surveying team and gain exposure to a broad range of building surveying projects across London, while receiving the support and mentoring required to progress towards chartership.
The RoleYou will work alongside experienced Chartered Building Surveyors, developing your technical and professional skills across a varied workload including: Building surveys and technical due diligencePlanned and reactive maintenanceDefect diagnosis and building pathologyPreparation of specifications and schedules of workContract administrationProject management of refurbishment and improvement worksParty wall and dilapidations workSupporting senior surveyors on larger projectsClient meetings and site inspectionsAbout YouWe are keen to hear from APC Building Surveyors / Assistant Building Surveyors who are looking to progress their career within a supportive and technically strong consultancy.
You should ideally have: A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related disciplineExperience working within a building surveying consultancyProgress towards MRICS qualification Good technical knowledge of buildings and constructionExperience with surveys, specifications and contract administrationStrong written and verbal communication skillsA genuine ambition to achieve Chartered status
