Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, education, healthcare and public-sector assets, this organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality surveying and project services throughout the Midlands.

Your new roleAs a Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a varied workload across professional and project-based surveying services, including:Conducting building surveys and defect diagnosisPreparing schedules of condition and dilapidation reportsPlanned preventative maintenance programmesContract administration and project deliveryProducing specifications, tender documentation and reportsProviding technical advice to a broad range of clientsSupporting refurbishment and improvement projects from inception through to completionThis is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to develop their technical expertise while gaining exposure to a wide range of property types and clients.
