A well established national property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint a couple of Building Surveyors at various levels as part of its continued growth in Manchester.
This is not simply a recruitment drive to fill one vacancy. The business has ambitious plans for growth throughout the remainder of 2026 and beyond, with Manchester identified as a key area for expansion. At least two additions are planned for the team in 2026, with further recruitment expected as the office continues to develop.
The Role There is a fantastic variety of work available across a diverse range of sectors, including: Residential Commercial Education Your workload could include a mix of: Contract Administration Project Management Disrepair Dilapidations Fire Safety Building Surveying and Professional Services And plenty more This is a genuinely varied opportunity, offering exposure to a wide range of sectors and service lines rather than being restricted to one particular area of Building Surveying.
Opportunities Available The consultancy is open to speaking with candidates from Surveyor through to Associate level, with salary guidelines as follows: Building Surveyor: Up to £50k Chartered Building Surveyor: Up to £55k Senior Building Surveyor: Up to £65k Associate: Up to £75k MRICS is desirable, but it is not essential.
