Contract Business Analyst Up to £450 per day | Inside IR35 | Manchester or Leeds (2 days onsite per Month) We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly collaborative Agile environment, helping to shape and deliver user-centred digital services.
Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyse and document business and user requirements Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas Create and manage high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria Support product delivery teams in an Agile environment Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements Contribute to service design and continuous improvement activities Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the public sector Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills Extensive experience writing user stories and managing requirements Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies Excellent communication and facilitation skills Desirable Experience working within the GDS framework Previous involvement in Discovery and/or Alpha phases of digital projects Experience delivering user-centred digital services Contract Details Rate: Up to £450 per day IR35: Inside IR35 through umbrella Location: Manchester or Leeds Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week
