We're Hiring: Business Analyst (Data) We're supporting a major public sector organisation in delivering trusted, well-governed data products and services across Data Platform Domain Teams. Working within agile teams, you'll engage with business and technical stakeholders to define, prioritise and manage requirements — helping shape the future of data curation and self-service access across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and articulate user needs across platform consumers Define and manage requirements for data platforms and enabling services Analyse data processes and flows to support platform design and modernisation Support discovery, delivery and iterative improvement Ensure alignment with policy, security and governance standards Contribute to measuring outcomes linked to improved data accessibility and usability Skills & Experience Required: Stakeholder engagement and requirements management Backlog refinement and 3 Amigos facilitation Data governance: data lineage, data quality, data dictionary development Experience working within agile delivery teams Analytical skills — data process/flow analysis Understanding of data platform design and modernisation Good communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Awareness of policy, security and governance frameworks Role Details: Rate: Up to £340/day Clearance: Active SC Location: Newcastle / Manchester / Birmingham – 40% travel #BusinessAnalyst #DataJobs #PublicSector #AgileDelivery
