Business Analyst

Overview

As a Business Analyst in TP ICAP, you will analyze and deliver technology-driven changes across commodities and energy systems. You will elicit and document requirements, facilitate workshops, and ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify processes, support project execution, and maintain service levels. This role offers the chance to shape how trading and data solutions enable better price discovery and liquidity in global markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis on technology projects in commodities/energy
• Produce clear requirement documentation
• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies during analysis
• Keep Project Manager informed of status
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements
• Support project coordination and status updates
• Assist with Level 3 queries and service levels maintenance

Key requirements

• Understanding of full project lifecycle from requirements to delivery
• Proven BA experience in Financial Services Technology, ideally Agile
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and organization
• Independent working style with initiative
