Overview

In this role you will be a key analytics partner to Sales and Marketing, translating data into actionable insights that shape salesforce sizing, territories, targets, and performance. You’ll build models, dashboards, and reporting to support the cluster’s commercial excellence and drive growth. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and enable confident decision making. This is a strategic, impact-focused position at the heart of the UK cluster’s commercial agenda.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver data-driven insights that inform decision making
• Build and maintain data models, dashboards and structured reporting
• Shape salesforce sizing, territory design, target setting, and performance measurement
• Ensure data quality across dashboards and systems and support onboarding for sales colleagues
• Coordinate incentive plan inputs and maintain sales structures in systems
• Drive the cluster’s commercial excellence agenda and support project delivery with measurable impact

Key requirements

• Strong experience in sales analytics, reporting or commercial excellence
• Data-driven mindset with ability to build and maintain models and dashboards
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Experience with incentive plan support, sales force effectiveness or commercial operations in MedTech or similar complex environment
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerBI and Salesforce
