This is a full-time, permanent position, teaching both subjects at Key Stages 4 and 5.

Responsibilities

The successful Business and Economics Teacher will plan and deliver high-quality lessons in both subjects, preparing students for relevant qualifications (e.g., GCSE, A-Level, BTEC). You will develop students' understanding of key concepts in business and economics, fostering critical thinking and the ability to apply knowledge to real-world scenarios.

Assessing student progress, providing effective feedback, and contributing to the curricula are key responsibilities for this Business and Economics Teacher role.

Requirements

Applicants must be a qualified Business and Economics Teacher (QTS) with a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience teaching both Business and Economics at Key Stages 4 and 5 is essential. Strong subject knowledge in both disciplines, excellent communication skills, and effective classroom management are required.
