Responsibilities

• Champion product mind share through desk training, tool enablement, and sales floor engagement
• Build and maintain a detailed pipeline in Compass CRM
• Report weekly to vendors on sell-out activity and promotional performance
• Support execution of business and marketing plans
• Identify and deliver training opportunities for customers and internal teams
• Act as the point of escalation for customer care issues
• Guide development of web tools and vendor microsites
• Communicate product info, pricing, and promotions to internal and external stakeholders
• Run call-out days and promote TD SYNNEX’s e-business services
• Engage directly with customers as needed
