Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic client engagement
• Lead client meetings and manage stakeholder relationships
• Prepare and negotiate detailed proposals and commercial terms
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions
• Oversee project teams to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Advise clients on complex technical queries related to the built environment

Key requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management or technical consulting within engineering, EIA, planning, or related field
• Experience in business development or sales within engineering or construction
• Bachelors degree, ideally in engineering or related built environment field
• Background in delivering technical engineering projects
• Experience in proposal preparation, fee negotiation and client presentations
