Global Payment Solutions (GPS) is made up of almost 10,000 people, across more than 60 countries. The business is uniquely positioned to help clients make payments across borders, across currencies and regulations, quickly and efficiently with dedicated country and regional and global support.

Our expertise in this area is repeatedly recognised by the industry's most prominent publications and associations with numerous global, regional and country awards. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Business Development Manager.

This role is operating a Hybrid working model, there will be an expectation of travel which will cover the Nortwest region of the UK.This is an exciting opportunity to bring our innovative cash management solutions to new and existing GPS customers, achieving revenue for the Group by originating leads, building strategic relationships, and delivering new customer activations. you will

Proactively identify and deliver new sales revenue across the GPS product suiteCollaborate with segment and other product areas to undertake transactional banking focussed business originationShowcase the strength of our digital GPS capabilities to new and existing clientsImplement business development strategies and campaigns to achieve growth objectives, both within the UK and internationallyWork in conjunction with onboarding teams to fully realise business revenuesMaintain close liaison with key stakeholders to provide input to the strategic direction of the business, the functionality, and launch of new products and servicesWork with key stakeholders including, but not limited to CMB, Product, Client Implementation to ensure a positive client experienceTo be successful in this role you should meet the following

requirements

Experience of high-volume calling activity through warm leads delivering new business salesRelevant product knowledge including knowledge of GPSA track record of successfully identifying and developing significant/complex business propositions, which attract and entrench customers, in a fair and ethical wayA passion for building trusted relationships and delivering outstanding customer serviceExcellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively and winning over audiences with compelling and persuasive presentationsBuilt effective networks both internally and externally and created opportunities for others to work collaborativelyA comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processesOpening up a world of opportunity.
