What You'll Be Doing As a Business Development Manager/ Strategic Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving profitable growth across our engineering & technology, construction, and inspection product portfolio by developing and strengthening relationships with a panel of insurance brokers.

You'll create and deliver strategic account plans, identify opportunities to grow market share, and work closely with underwriting and distribution colleagues to convert new business opportunities and retain key accounts.

Through your market insight, commercial approach, and relationship-building skills, you'll become a trusted partner to brokers while helping deliver sustainable business growth. This role requires regular travel to Ireland.
