Business Development Manager

The role

Business Development Manager required to cover East Anglia, East & West Midlands. This role is for a leading manufacturer of products used in the civils and water management sectors. This business has become very much the market leader, driving innovation with a focus on sustainability, introducing new products to the market on a regular basis.

You will be required to develop a pipeline of business, working extensively with contractors across the area, buddying up with an Internal Salesperson to help develop your pipeline.

About you

You will have sales experience in building products with a will to want to learn and development. Ideally you will be from a civils, hard landscaping, water management or geotechnical product background but applications from any building material background are invited. You will be a door opener, ambitious and hungry.

The package

Full training and on-going support will be provided. The role comes with a base salary up to £55k (depending on experience) with an achievable bonus, capped at 50% of base, and generous car allowance. You will become an integral part of this business and will be very much valued as you develop your career with them.
