Business Development Manager

We're hiring: Business Development roles across the UK Growth at Optimas International is built on partnership - with our customers, our suppliers, the specialist businesses joining us through our Partnership Growth Programme and, importantly, our people.

As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Business Development team in the UK. We're looking for BD professionals to help us build on our existing momentum and take our growth to the next level. We're interested in people with established experience in technical, engineering-led, industrial or B2B environments, with a track record of building relationships, identifying opportunities and developing new business.

That could include experience in: Power and energy generation, where reliability, compliance and supply chain resilience are critical. Data centres, where rapid development and complex supply chain requirements are driving demand for reliable, scalable solutions.

Off-highway and heavy-duty truck, where engineering requirements, operating conditions and total cost of ownership all influence supply chain decisions. However, we're open to a broad range of industry backgrounds and experience levels.

What matters is your ability to understand customer challenges, build trusted relationships and identify opportunities to create value. You'll work closely with our engineering, procurement and operations teams to design supply chain solutions that reduce total cost of ownership, manage risk and solve complex challenges.

You'll also have the backing of a global organisation, alongside the autonomy to build relationships, develop your network and play a meaningful role in our continued growth.
