Overview

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and support commercial strategy. You’ll act as the market-facing voice, delivering insights and accelerating new business with distributors and clients. Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Understand the market and competitive environment; provide weekly market updates
• Support the country’s commercial strategy in your location
• Facilitate acquisition of new customers and manage client portfolio
• Coordinate with business development, marketing, logistics, and technical teams
• Understand the competitive landscape and stimulate demand
• Enter information into Salesforce and report on client activities
• Be the market and environmental specialist

Key requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident at presenting
• Experience in multinational / multicultural companies
• Subject matter expertise in business processes and digital technologies (applications, data analytics, online portals / catalogs, AI)
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities
