Responsibilities

From day one, you'll help shape our UK operations and our future. We'll give you the space, the trust, and the support to grow. Business DevelopmentIdentify and prospect new clients within the energy sector. Understand their challenges and make them match with suitable engineering profiles.

Build strong, trusting relationships and ensure ongoing client support and loyalty. Recruitment & Team ManagementPlay a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.

Build and lead your team of consultants, supporting them in their career development. Provide personalised follow up, taking into account their aspirations (projects, sectors, etc.) and promoting skills development through annual reviews and tailored training.

Managing Your Business UnitAct as a true intrapreneur, developing and optimising your activity while leveraging the strength of a recognised group. Ensure the profitability of your Business Unit by implementing an effective strategy and monitoring performance indicators.
