About the RoleAs our Business Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team and driving department performance.

You will

Build and present finance and insurance deals to customers after handover from Sales ExecutivesEnsure full compliance with all F&I regulationsChampion our controlled ActiveSales processSupport daily department actions, performance targets and customer outcomesAssist colleagues with first‐ and second‐facing customer interactionsDrive sales of finance, warranties, insurance products, paint protection and add‐onsDeliver the highest level of customer satisfaction at all timesYour ability to communicate confidently, build rapport, and create transparent, compliant deals will be central to your success.

What We're Looking ForYou'll need to demonstrate: Previous experience in a Business Manager or Sales Executive role in the automotive industryStrong understanding of finance and insurance product regulationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work well under pressure and manage customer interactions professionallyA proactive, customer‐centric mindsetA full UK driving licenceCompliance & ValuesAs a values-driven business, it is essential that our management team consistently demonstrate behaviours that deliver positive outcomes for our customers.

You will be expected to act in good faith at all times, setting the standard within your dealership and operating in a customer-centric environment where integrity is key. You will play a key role in driving a culture of responsible business practices, ensuring we deliver the right products and services to meet our customers' needs, protect them from harm, and encourage long-term loyalty.

Building trust and acting with integrity at all times is fundamental to this role. To protect our customers and our reputation, successful candidates will be required to undertake a DBS check, along with regular fit and proper person assessments.
