The successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio of clients, providing support and guidance to junior team members whilst maintaining strong technical standards across accounts preparation and business advisory work.

What is the day-to-day of
the role
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors Review accounts and management information prepared by junior staff Provide mentoring and technical support to less experienced team members Liaise directly with clients to build and maintain strong working relationships Support partners with business development and client onboarding Required Skills and
Qualifications
ACA or ACCA qualified, or QBE with relevant experience Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and current accounting standards Proven experience managing and reviewing the work of junior staff Excellent communication and client relationship skills
