What You'll Do

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for finished goods across a diverse portfolio. Your day-to-day activities will involve: Managing the procurement of finished goods in alignment with forecasted demand and inventory requirements.

Building and nurturing strong relationships with suppliers. Negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers to deliver best value for the business. Monitoring stock levels closely and placing purchase orders proactively to maintain optimum inventory levels.

Working collaboratively with Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, and Operations teams. What You Bring: To excel as a Buyer, you will bring the following: Proven experience in procurement and finished goods sourcing within a FMCG environment.

Excellent supplier management and negotiation skills to ensure favourable pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers. Experience working cross-functionally with planning, technical, production teams. Proficiency in inventory management allows you to maintain optimal stock levels.
