Cafe & Bar Manager

Café, Bar Manager Central London Salary: £40,000 5 days over 7, including weekends

We are recruiting for a hands-on Café, Bar & Events Manager to oversee a small, premium café operation alongside a varied programme of outdoor events and experiences.

This role would suit an energetic, organised manager who enjoys a varied, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will lead the day-to-day café, bar and front of house operations, ensuring high service standards while managing the planning and delivery of events.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing café, bar and front of house operations.

Planning and delivering events with stakeholders and external organisations.

Leading, training and developing the team.

Maintaining high service and operational standards.

Managing stock, purchasing and commercial performance.

Supporting the ongoing growth of the business.

About You

Background & management experience in café or bar operations

Proven experience in event planning, logistics and delivery.

A confident, personable and hands-on leadership style.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong commercial awareness, including sales and cost control.

A proactive approach and willingness to get involved across all areas of the operation.

The ability to thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment.
