Working from their Tunbridge Wells HQ, they operate across a genuinely international footprint. The Role This is a pure candidate-sourcing role ,no BD, no cold-calling, no account management. You'll: 🔍 Source and build relationships with freelance SAP consultants 📋 Brief candidates clearly on live opportunities 🗂️ Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline 🤝 Hand strong candidates to the sales team at the right moment 💰 For every candidate you source who goes on to be placed, you'll receive a bonus.
