Prevent Issues Before They Impact the Business: As a Capacity Manager, you work proactively rather than reactively. You'll identify capacity constraints, performance risks, and future demand trends before they affect critical services, helping customers maintain service stability and resilience.

Influence Strategic Planning and Business Growth: The role provides visibility across infrastructure, applications, and business demand. You'll work with technical and operational teams to forecast growth, shape investment decisions, and ensure services can meet future business requirements.

Drive Service Resilience Across Complex Environments: You'll play a key role during major incidents and recovery activities by assessing capacity impacts, supporting resilience planning, and ensuring services can recover and scale effectively in complex enterprise environments.
